The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a law that provides protection for copyright holders against the unauthorized use of their works on the internet.

  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under the DMCA, claimants who knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Please note that it is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
