The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a law that provides protection for copyright holders against the unauthorized use of their works on the internet.

At KRKB, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been copied and is accessible on the KRKB website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the infringing material is located on the KRKB website.
4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If you believe that your content has been removed from the KRKB website in error, you may file a counter-notice by providing the following information:

1. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the material that was removed and the location where it was located before it was removed.
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that under the DMCA, claimants who knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Please note that it is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
