In her book, Lawyers Gone Wild, author Brenda Smith, non lawyer depicts her personal struggle with lawyers-gone-wild for over eight years trying to steal her land in a legal system with no jurisdiction. "Property rights and democracy are under attack in America," Smith says. The word "lawyer" both on-and-off the bench conjures up an image of individuals acting like common criminals.
