This is the story of Gerald Irons, during his journey as a young man and how he learned to overcome obstacles and challenges, to achieve his dreams and goals in life through faith, hard work, perseverance and preparation. When you tell someone your dreams, if they say your dreams are impossible, then your dreams are big enough. If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. When you prepare yourself, opportunity is always there to shake your hand. When you create your own opportunities through preparation, great things will happen. When he faced challenges, he used the acronym PUSH: Pray Until Something Happens. Gerald and Myrna Irons have been married forty four wonderful years. They love the Lord, their family and each other. Gerald is a former National Football League (NFL) Linebacker, who played ten years with the Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns. They both are community volunteers and founding members of Impact Church of The Woodlands. Gerald is an Elder and Myrna is a Certified Family Counselor.
