“GOMA TIMES an epic journey of life”, is a collecting of twenty-four short stories. The word ‘GOMA’ has been formed by the combination of the first two alphabets taken from each of the two words, Gouri Bari and Manicktala. Most of the stories encompasses in and around these two places of North Kolkata. The experiences of the author from his first day to school to the present time, has been stitched in a single thread that took the form of a book. It reflects real names, and maps to locate real places. The events unfold here, are all real too. The readers can feel the essence of childhood and its importance as he reads the stories of this book.
