Information given for each manufacturer includes: names of owners, related patents, years of operation, list of cartridges produced, and cartridge case material. There are more than 300 color photographs of cartridge packets. The authors have judiciously included a scale indicating relative rarity of the various packets based on their own long enduring experience.
