They call it street cleaning--Cody and his three friends beating up some guy they don't like the looks of--but when Cody starts drumming with a new band, he starts to see that there is more to life than punching people. One night he witnesses an event that not only leads him to wonder if he can change--but whether or not his friends will let him.
