Synopsis:
George and the Author is about a young Orangutan who is found in the jungle of Borneo by a safari hunter, Frank. Frank takes the small animal back to Australia for his mother (Author Shirley) to care for.
George is a cheeky Orangutan who, living with Author Shirley, soon starts acting like a human. Book 1 of George and the Author is a lesson on not to be naughty.

About the Author:
Shirley has been writing for over 50 years. Her short stories and poetry have been published in many magazines. This year will be Shirley's sixth year as a judge for, The Fellowship of Australian Writers, Victoria. .Shirley has had 5 books published P.O.D by Xlibris publishing.
