I believe the most important realization to grasp when examining the question of whether we live in a Helio or geocentric world biblically, is to recognize that the Scriptures affirm undeniably that the earth is immobile, fixed, stationary, and unmoving. It was established as a foundation for the heavens and according to the order of creation in the Genesis timeline, is older than the sun, moon, or other heavenly luminaries which made on the fourth day of the creation week were placed into, under, and beneath the solid structure of the firmament which was fitted to it on the second day. Confirmation of these postulations can be easily verified by researching what the Israelites and other ancient peoples describe about their beliefs on the cosmology prior to the invention of the heliocentric model.

Those led by the Holy Spirit, recognize it as the main focus of Yahushua's teachings on the parables of the sower, seed, kingdom, net, and especially the tares of the field in Matthew 13. In a broader sense, it will also present to you the importance of women in the outreach and ministry of Christ. Though most have been lost to the annals of time, their incorporation into the stories of the apostles is not only intriguing but critical for understanding that women played an important role in the establishment of the early church.

Macroautophagy (hereafter referred to as autophagy) is a highly conserved biological process that degrades and recycles damaged, misfolded proteins or long-lived organelles. Previous studies show that hypoxia is common in solid tumors, and that hypoxia-induced autophagy is also found in these tumor cells. This chapter summarizes the recent literature on hypoxia-induced autophagy and reviews the prosurvival role of hypoxia-induced autophagy. We first review the mechanism of hypoxia-induced autophagy, and then analyze the several aspects of the protective role of this autophagic response for tumor cells: hypoxia-induced autophagy prolongs the lifespan of tumor cells, stimulates a more aggressive phenotype, and elevates the incidence of metastasis. Furthermore, hypoxia-induced autophagy enhances the resistance of tumor cells to cancer therapy. Potential autophagy inhibitors, including pharmacological inhibitors and siRNA or microRNA of autophagic genes, are reviewed and listed in the chapter. In summary, hypoxia-induced autophagy promotes tumor cell survival. There is evidence of a tumor-suppressive role of autophagy in tumorigenesis, and the often observed autophagic cell death in extreme stress conditions is also discussed in this chapter. These phenomena can be attributed to the outcome of failed autophagic adaptation.

Shortly after accepting the flat earth as a model for the world, I decided to revisit the Book of the Courses of the Heavenly Luminaries to see if my new understanding would somehow mirror what Enoch was sharing as the motion of the sun and moon. As I began to read chapters 71-82, I found to my utter amazement that I was able to grasp those passages. I knew then that the vision that the angel Uriel had shown to Enoch could only be deciphered if one were to imagine Enoch's description of the revolution of the sun and the moon. As seen from above the flat circular plane of the earth as described by Isaiah; and that Enoch must have been taken up to perhaps where Polaris is, centered directly above the North Pole, and while looking down at the backdrop of the earth, was instructed on the motions of both the sun and moon. Without such conception, it is in my opinion impossible to apply these descriptions to the model of the earth as a spherical planet.

It is my opinion that providing all of these sources together in one collection would better assist those seeking to understand more completely Enoch, his life, and involvement with the Watchers and Giants. This manuscript better expounds upon the context of the few texts we still have of those he left for us in greater capacity and clearer regard.

Targum meaning translation references the various language transliterations of the original Hebrew Torah, which came about according to need. The Aramaic and Palestinian versions printed here are acknowledged to be the oldest and most widely used renderings of the ancient language translations of the original Hebrew Torah. Though they are accepted to date back to at least the first century CE, I believe them to be half a millennia older as they first came into being to accommodate the Israelite's assimilation of Aramaic when exiled to Babylon in 597 BCE. It was during the 70 years of that diaspora that Aramaic became the predominant colloquial language and accepted vernacular of use by the Hebraic peoples. During this 70 years of assimilation, the Israelite's use of Hebrew as lexicon dwindled from being the primary dialect of everyday conversation, to being one of mostly scholastic application utilized intellectually by the priestly class.
