I am a mother, sister, aunt but first and foremost - I am a child of God. I am an author, poet, singer and song writer all gifts from my heavenly father. I am who I am because God created me. He is the great "I AM "all that is and will ever be - there is no other like He. I am a Bible Christian, non-denominational. I follow the Bible as it is written not the traditions that man created. I don't deviate I don't stray for if I do I may wander off God's path to salvation. God can't lie - he change not, unlike man-kind. This truth I hold dear to my heart whenever I'm in doubt. His written word is what I read to get me through those tough times in life. Y: Life With Jesus Christ was inspired by the people I've met on my journey in this universe; some family, friends and even strangers who crossed my path. Their experiences moved me to share their stories, while asking myself - what would God say about it. So often we know the stories the Lord experienced, written throughout the Bible but we don't apply our lives to it. We should live our life like Jesus Christ. My mission in life is to spread God's written word through poetry and sing his praises in the songs I write.

How do small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt environmental innovations? Do they have the necessary internal competence? Is any support offered by external parties (i.e. network involvement)? What are the policy implications? This book is based on extensive fieldwork, conducted in four traditional industrial sectors: offset printing, electroplating, textile finishing, and industrial painting. The work was carried out in Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and the UK. Twenty company-based case studies were analyzed and a telephone survey was conducted among 527 companies. As a result, the Innovation Triangle came to be formulated, which is presented here, defining and combining the determinants of SME innovativeness. The Innovation Triangle distinguishes three major determinants of innovativeness: business competence, environmental orientation, and network involvement. The Innovation Triangle allows one to diagnose current environmental and innovation policies, indicating which policy measures might be effective in increasing the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, allowing environmental objectives to be achieved.

John 15:4, 5 I dedicate this book to God Almighty my Heavenly Father. All I am and will ever be is because of the love God has for me. God so loved the world that he sacrificed his only son Jesus the tree of life who gave his life. Can you imagine that? There is no greater love than that. Jesus being an obedient son surrendered to the will of God the Father. He was crucified tortured he suffered for the sins of mankind. Our souls are not that of our own we were bought with the blood of Jesus the sacrificial Lamb of God. His death gave us a second chance to get it right to live a righteous life. Jesus is our Tree of Life. Like the trees which generate oxygen and bear fruit strong sturdy roots anchored deep beneath the earth. A foundation so sure secure where the birds build their nests amidst the leaves on the branches high above the ground. Build your life on a secure foundation that wont crumble when you fall apart. Build your house on a rock that rock is Jesus Christ. We are like withering leaves that dry up once separated from the vines and branches torn from the trees. If not anchored in faith were tossed about blowing everywhere in the storms of life. Scattered are we for lack of knowledge forgetting who and what really matters. As the leaves from the trees dry up blowing all over this earth Im reminded of just how short life can be if not for the love of Jesus who saved me. Jesus is the Tree of Life the source from which I breathe grow how I survive in this universe. I eat not an apple or orange for those are temporary substances that sustain the body but for a short time. I eat the word of God each time I read the Holy Bible. A food to be absorbed by the mind not the mouth, it sustains me for life for it is stored in my heart. Life and death is in the hands of Jesus Christ. Oh taste how sweet the Lord can be when you eat from the Tree of Life you shall live forever. Y: Jesus The Tree of Life is Yvonne C.
