When Grandpa Lou hands out merit badges, Cosmo is secretly disappointed in his Gadget and Gizmo badge. He'd much rather have something heroic, like the Bulging Muscles badge---and when he finds it in his pocket, he suddenly feels very strong, just like the biblical Samson.
