For years the term "IN GOD WE TRUST" has labeled our currency and our country and I have been proud to have served my nation and its motto for twenty two years of military service. With that in mind I am disappointed to see the spiritual direction that America is going in. There has been a real assault on the Bible - The Word of God and especially Christianity. I still want to believe that God wants to bless America but I must be honest, I have my doubt that "In God We Trust" probably has seen its better days. What really bothers me is I'm concerned America's motto today is IN GOD WE TRUST, or do we?

We all live in a society that has a spirit of anger that, like a cloud, floats around and engulfs those who have covered up their pain and hurts. Seldom are they ever aware of the real issues of the inspired word of God. Over the years, I have watched it work even in my own life. It's sad that many who claim to be Christian really don't realize in reality that Jesus Christ is with us through His spirit and His promises. Without apology, I have used a spiritual approach to dealing with anger and have watched the miracle of God change the lives of those who have struggled with anger in their lives. May God bless you as you trust in the power of the Heavenly Fathers spirit and "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
