On the other, agricultural land and agriculturalists may be significantly disadvantaged by unconventional gas activities potentially producing permanent damage to non-renewable fertile soils and spoiling the underground water tables. Thus, threatening future food security and food sovereignty. This book explores the socio-regulatory dimensions of coexistence between agricultural and onshore unconventional gas land uses in the jurisdictions with the highest concentration of proven unconventional gas reserves – Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, France, Poland and China. The integration of logic operations into memory units (Logic-in-Memory), as well as memory elements into logic circuits (Nonvolatile Logic), promises to fulfill this request by combining high-speed with low-power operation. Ferroelectric field-effect transistors (FeFETs) based on hafnium oxide prove to be auspicious candidates for the memory elements in applications of that kind, as those nonvolatile memory elements are CMOS-compatible and likewise scalable. This work presents implementations that merge logic and memory by exploiting the natural capability of the FeFET to combine logic functionality (transistor) and memory ability (nonvolatility).

V monografiji so predstavljeni rezultati dveletnih izkopavanj (1982 in 1983) na utrjeni poznoantični višinski naselbini Korinjski hrib nad Velikim Korinjem v Suhi Krajini, kjer so bili raziskani ostanki petih obrambnih stolpov in zgodnjekrščanske cerkve. Naselbina je bila že v začetku prepoznana kot vojaška postojanka in je kot taka predstavljala izjemo v vzhodnoalpskem prostoru. Taka opredelitev je zato vzbudila tudi nekatere dvome o njeni pravilnosti. Omenjene dileme so − poleg geografskega orisa in zgodovine raziskav − predstavljene v uvodnem delu. Sledi obsežen sklop, ki v tekstu in z bogatim slikovnim gradivom predstavi terenske izvide izkopavanj stolpov, cerkve in pripadajočega manjšega grobišča. Obsežno poglavje je posvečeno interpretaciji arhitekturnih ostankov (stolpi, cerkev, utrdba kot celota). V zakjučku je obravnavana še prazgodovinska poselitev ter rezultati strukturnega pregleda danes porušene cerkvice sv. Jurija tik pod utrdbo.

However, in the recent years, there has been political tensions among these nations. Political and economic stability is an important aspect of attracting foreign investors. Countries such as Qatar and Saudi Arabia have used their economic stability as tools in influencing other countries to wage wars against each other. These and other activities have brought doubt to many investors as to whether they should venture their businesses in these countries. Thus, these countries need to instill trust in foreign investors by settling their disputes and focusing on building their economies.
