Thoughts of the Heart, is a collection of snapshots from my personal moments. It was written to encourage every reader to have a good journey in spite of the difficult days you face! It is an easy read and it offers practical points for dealing with everyday life. The reflections are of poems, prayers, passions, keepsakes, and short stories. It provides a variety of feelings expressed in a slightly poetic way. It has an uncommon twist for reasoning with hidden thoughts. It reveals them! Wait, I know there are some things that we must keep to ourselves, and believe me I will! We all know that many thoughts are better off left unsaid. And we should constantly pray down the evil ones. Nevertheless, these thoughts are out! And as you read; you witness my love, my inspiration, my fears, my tears, my hopes, my dreams, and my desire to be open with you. In fact, I gift you with my found treasure. In a nutshell, this book reveals me in a uniquely different and real way! I hope you will find comfort, embrace love, and become moved to action as much as I was compelled to write. Ultimately, I pray you will be inspired to believe that all things are possible through Jesus Christ, think outside of the box of limits, and become motivated to share the amazing gift that God has given you! I encourage you to share your one of a kind self, the self that you were created to share, “Straight from the heart!” We can’t do anything about the past, and we don’t know what the future holds, but we can decide to make the most of the precious moments that we have left! And as you journey on to the end; show the love, make a difference, and highlight your lessons learned then pass them on! In the meantime remember to be simply you, and to find positive and creative ways to express the desires of your heart! Because keeping sentiments, emotions, and love pinned up inside aches the heart, despairs the mind, and keeps you from experiencing your many possibilities! I trust that my perspective will somehow connect with your innermost thoughts and aspirations in one way or another. I hope to spark a positive reaction within you that is unforgettable! So fasten your seat belt and get ready to travel with me through some of my “Memorable Moments,” one page at a time. Please know I wish you well! And whenever you need Christ, He will always be there for you! I promise!

Prayers of A Child’s Heart, is a fun and exciting book for children! It expresses short stories from my childhood in the form of prayers. It is a dialog between me and God. You could say, I tell him everything! Yes, the good and the bad. Even though, I’ve never heard him say one word. His blood, grace, and spirit spoke volumes on my behalf. His manifestation in my life is proof enough that he heard me and continues to hear my prayers. I am a witness that God cares and answers prayers! I have many testimonies! Therefore, I say to you never think that your prayer is too odd, short, long, bothersome, or that it doesn’t matter, because it does. Please know you don’t have to pray according to anyone’s approval. In fact, you can go to God anytime of the day or night in your own way and believe that he hears and rewards those who earnestly seek him with a favorable yes, no, or wait. I am grateful that he is my Heavenly Father and he believes in me! In the absence of my biological father, he has been there for me all the days of my life. Yes, I make mistakes too, but thanks to my Savior Jesus Christ, He’s always there to help me overcome! Prayers of A Child’s Heart, also encourages children to tap into their God-given abilities and talents! Please know, it’s easy for other people to shoot down your ideas, but don’t you ever do that. You can turn your ideas and dreams into inventions and possibilities when you believe in the power of prayer. In First Thessalonians 5:17 it says, “Pray continually!” Not that we should always be on our knees or calling upon God with bowed heads; but it show our God that we acknowledge him. Prayer is a benefit for us; it blesses our lives in every good or bad situation. Prayer moves God on our behalf and it moves us forward in every good work. I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. Remember, believe that God hears you when you pray and always aspire to let your little light shine! Tammy Lynn Robinson, the daughter of the late Kattie Mae Lewis and Jessie Ealy. She is the wife of Pastor John Robinson, III and the proud mother of two amazing children John IV and Tamara Lynn. She is the God Mother of six precious children: Chad, Gabriel, Jabari, Kaia, Naija, and Omichelle, and the favorite auntie of many nieces and nephews. Tammy enjoys working with children, teaching them to make good choices, helping them develop their educational skills, and offering them a second chance. She has been employed with the Saint Lucie County School District since 1993 working with Pre-K to 8th grade students. ~ Her encouragement to children is: Obey your parents, study hard, never give up, and believe that all things are possible! Finally, children become citizens in our society who are worth talking about! This book is for children, but I hope that adults will enjoy reading it as well! It emphasizes caring, sharing, friendship, and being thankful for one another. The intent is for children to have an exciting reading experience and that they will want to read this book over and over again! This is a great Circle Time story, Bed Time story, or Any Time story that is appropriate and fun!

This area also has been home to renowned artists, musicians, writers, scientists, educators, and business leaders. Community services are especially vital to rural areas. Dedicated volunteers created Gualala Arts, services for seniors and youth, the Coast Library, theater groups, and restored historic buildings such as the famous Point Arena Lighthouse. These unsung heroes have brought new meaning to this vibrant community.
