Shana C. Williams, published poet, decided to write a book to encourage girls and women to be true to themselves. Too many times we submit to ideals, gender roles, or social constructs which bind and inhibit progress. Shana is a self-appointed Player Hater. She does not claim to know the secrets of the galaxy. Hopefully, this autobiographical work will help others struggling to find their voice.
