Jennifer, a rebellious teenager, resents her parents disapproval of her best friend Julie, a rich girl who gets everything she wants and can do whatever she wants to do. Plans for a secret party at Julies house is spoiled when Jennifer is forced to stay with her grandparents in the country while her parents are out of town. Jennifer is angry at being forced to stay with her grandparents, but an accident her grandfather has while she stays there changes her attitude from the rebellious, resentful teenager she has always been. While staying with her grandparents Jennifer meets their 18-year-old neighbor Davie. Jennifer really likes him. Will he like her and ask her for a date?
