Changes in Fed. tax provisions affecting both individual and business income taxes have reduced average tax rates for all farm households, resulting in the lowest tax burden on farm income and investment in a decade. Similarly, an analysis of the changes to Fed. estate tax policies suggests that increases in the value of property that can be transferred to the next generation free of the estate tax, combined with special provisions for farmers and other small businesses, have greatly reduced the number of farm estates subject to the tax and the amount owed. While nearly 10% of commercial farm estates could owe tax in 2009, only 1-2% of all farm estates are estimated to be subject to the Fed. estate tax this year. Charts and tables.

This study of selected films indicates, however, that this strategy was not entirely effective; while offering a certain amount of nostalgia, these films could not provide shelter from the storm gathering in postwar America which challenged conventional ideas of race, gender and class and broke in the 1960s.

1. The phenomenon "One: the Present Truth-Spirit Matrix" is claimed to be the Holy Spirit's dossier. It is an ethereal tsunami that challenges what was once Christian reasoning. Another realm becomes articulated. It is a behind-the-scenes of man's salvation, the covert missions, light challenging darkness's cunning. This viewpoint is of an alternate stratus, a colossal exposure from a spirit messenger's influence, the writings principle, a "no holds barred" approach. 2. One-spirit matrix addresses most all the spirit answers I've ever doubted. As a Christian, this is now the most important book that I own other than my dusted-off Bible. It explains so many biblical enigmas; it is a miracle that so much is covered. After years of not buying into religious illogic, I quit hopping churches. I was accused of backsliding. This book revived my interest and trust in God and the Bible again. It does not confuse incidents. It actually reveals deceptions being promulgated. I again am a professing Christian. The matrix mainly applies logic and reason. 3.As a seminarian, I find this work most intriguing; thing is, I believe most all of it. There is more sense made here than in my "take it by faith" studies. All my secret doubts have vaporized. I would love to learn more; I've basked in rereading this dossier several times. I have it highlighted like my Bible. It demands your complete consideration. This clarifies meanings of so many events. It is as though a veil has been rent in two. I now see Jesus in everything. There is no more a quest for meaning; it all makes sense now. The bullets on the back cover a fraction. There is so much more deciphered. 4. I am a PK, after having read this dossier; I lay awake rethinking my life's conditioned beliefs. I'm perturbed actually; there is no reason our institutions couldn't have discovered these realities. I now realize that I am a royal priest in training. Reality has landed, I am already seeing changes on so many levels. The Bible is now a grand cinema wherein I see and understand God's master plan with Paul's clarity. The spirit wars revealed are too mammoth to have been missed by possibly every denomination. We have been blinded. Either these truths have been recklessly missed, or we are being misled intentionally, which I now suspect the latter. 5. "The present truth" exposes deep mysteries of covert missions given to both Adams. They both died for their bride's sake; they truly had parallel missions. The reader is privileged to have an eagle's view of the Bible from a spirit's vantage point. This spirit's reveal is unlike any other than the Bible. The reader is suddenly swept into a spirit dimension where men are pieces in a chess-type match. This alternate reality reveals men being manipulated by darkness's "interference." You become initiated into a matrix knowledge zone. Had our ministers taught us these truths, I believe the planet would be different.

The "Dark Side of Shakespeare" trilogy by W. Ron Hess has been his 20-year undertaking to try to fill-in many of the gaps in knowledge of Shakespeare's personality and times. The first two volumes investigated wide-ranging topics, including the key intellectual attributes that Shakespeare exhibited in his works, including the social and political events of the 1570s to early-1600s. This was when Hess believes the Bard's works were being "originated" (the earliest phases of artistry, from conception or inspiration to the first of multiple iterations of "writing"). Hess highlights a peculiar fascination that the Bard had with the half-brother of Spain's Philip II, the heroic Don Juan of Austria, or in 1571 "the Victor of Lepanto." From that fascination, as determined by characters based on Don Juan in the plays (e.g., the villain "Don John" in "Much Ado")and other matters, Hess even made so bold as to propose a series of phases from the mid-1570s to mid-80s in which he feels each Shakespeare play had been originated, or some early form of each play then existed -- if not in writing, at least in the Bard's imagination. Thus, the creative process Hess describes is a vastly more protracted on than most Shakespeare scholars would admit to -- the absurd notion that the Bard would jot off the lines of a work in a few days or weeks and then immediately have it performed on the public stage or published shortly thereafter still dominates orthodox dating systems for the canon. Hess draws on the works of many other scholars for using "topical allusions" within each work in order to set practical limits for when the "origination" and subsequent "alterations" of each play occurred. In the trilogy's Volume III, Hess continues to amplify a heroic "knight-errant" personality type that Shakespeare's very "pen-name" may have been drawn from, a type which envied and transcended the brutal chivalry of Don Juan. This was channeled into a patriotic anti-Spanish and pro-British imperial spirit -- particularly with regard to reforming and improving the English language so that it could rival the Greco-Roman, Italian, and Frenchpoetic traditions -- one-upping the best that the greats of antiquity and the Renaissance had achieved in literature. In fact, as vast as the story is that Hess tells in his three volumes, there is a huge volume of material he is making available out of print (on his webpage at http://home.earthlink.net/~beornshall/index.html and via a "Volume IV" that he plans to offer on CD for a nominal cost via his e-mail BeornsHall@earthlink.net). Among this added material is a searchable 1,000-page Chronological listing of "Everything" that Hess deems relevant to Shakespeare and his age, or to the providing of the canon to modern times. Hess feels that discernable patterns can be detected through that chronology that help to illuminate the roles of others in the Bard's circle, such as Anthony Munday and Thomas Heywood. The network of 16th and 17th century "Stationers" (printers, publishers, and book sellers) and their often curious doings provide many of those patterns. Hess invites his readers to help to continuously update the Chronology and other materials, so that those can remain worthwhile research resources for all to use. For, the mysteries of Shakespeare and his age can only be unraveled through fully understanding the patterns within.
