Tijdens de ISM Foundation training worden verschillende werkvormen toegepast, zoals overdracht van theorie, discussie op basis van praktijkvoorbeelden en praktijkopdrachten, reflectie op de eigen werksituatie en reflectie op de eigen bijdrage van de deelnemer aan de dienstverlening.
