In this narrative nonfiction, Israel My Inheritance, author, theologian and born-again Jew Raymond Robert Fischer traces the non-fictional history of religious discrimination and persecution imposed upon Jewish believers in Yeshua from the first century to modern times. Follow the intriguing story of Hannah Miles Silberman and her family, from the Holocaust to contemporary Israel. This compelling story, comprised of fictional and non-fictional characters, details historically accurate events. Throughout Hannah's story, nonfiction segments are interweaved, providing the real-life backdrop for the story.
From five authors with over two decades of experience teaching origins together in the classroom, this is the first textbook to offer a full-fledged discussion of the scientific narrative of origins from the Big Bang through humankind, from biblical and theological perspectives. This work gives the reader a detailed picture of mainstream scientific theories of origins along with how they fit into the story of God's creative and redemptive action.

Abstract: The traditional curriculum in American medical schools neglects nutrition education. The "scatter" approach--acquiring nutrition education from peripheral sources during medical school and in active practice--is inadequate. The book is organized as an accessible overview of the nutritional aspects of medical practice as they applyto major organ systems. The need for courses in applied nutrition for medical students is emphasized.
