Throughout Russell integrates various ideological perspectives on worker-owned organizations, citing theorists as diverse as Karl Marx, Max Weber, Sidney and Beatrice Webb, Louis Kelso, and Peter Drucker. Special attention is paid to the processes that lead to employee ownership, cause it to spread, and either to endure or to degenerate over time.

In Part II, the conclusion that the Detueronomic school continued in the postexilic period is bolstered with additional evidence in the form of Deuteronomic phraseology in the redactional material of Second Zechariah. adapting the methodology applied by J Philip Hyatt and others to Jeremiah, Person argues that Zechariah was redacted by the Deuteronomic school with the addition of the Deuteronomic prose in Zechariah 9-14. In Part III, Person comments on the possible social setting of the Deuteronomic school in postexilic Yehud as well as its theology in this setting.

Book I of IV This book is about a man's everyday life in prison (that man being me). To me, my life in prison was about "bettering" myself by staying positive in all that I did. You asked, "Raymond what did you do for five year?" (while incarcerated). Well, I read, I wrote, I went to school, and I went to almost every church service I could. I became a chapel aide at the last two prisons where I was incarcerated. As you will find as you begin to read this book, I also took care of my physical body by working out, doing push- ups, crunches, working out at the weight pile and of course doing a lot of walking! Anything I could do to better myself physically and mentally I did. I wrote a lot of poetry, along with writing this book journal that you are about to read. I 'm sure you will feel emotional, sad, and even smiling at times. I was always truthful and I prayed a lot. I'm sure you will be blessed and at times excited as you read about a man's everyday life in prison. I suggest you read slowly and visualize what a man goes through in everyday life in prison. Each of us needs to face the fact that change is the only permanent thing in this world, and hence, each of us should be prepared for change. It is therefore wise to believe that change is inevitable and sooner or later each of us will undergo some forms of change, it will dawn on us, but we can cultivate thriving success mindset shifts that matters , somewhat delay it. Faced with the prospect of its inevitability, we got no choice but to face the challenge of change. In this book, the concept of change is elaborated and guidelines on how to prepare oneself for the onset of changes are delineated.
