As we move deeper into the 21st century, firms continue to struggle with the implementation of sales force technology tools and the role they play in sales representative performance. With this in mind, sales force technology usage has changed the methods of selling. Salespeople are no longer selling just a "product"; instead, they are providing a valuable "solution" to customer problems. Salespeople now act as consultants or experts and provide customized solutions. This role requires salespeople to develop a technological orientation to access, analyze, and communicate information in order to establish a strong relationship with customers. Sales technology enables salespeople to answer the queries of customers and effectively provide competent solutions. The ability to answer queries and provide solutions leads to strong relationships between a salesperson and a customer. Thus, technology tools are not only used for smoothing the work process, but also have strategic utilizations. With the adoption of technological tools at exponential rates, many firms fell into pitfalls and witnessed failure of their technology initiatives. The purpose of this book is to outline the important steps that must be considered and adhered to when implementing sales force technology. Perhaps the most important aspect covered within this book is that technology usage is both a strategy and a tool; therefore, we outline both strategic considerations as well as implementation procedures throughout each chapter. It is important to consider all the steps and the necessary actions that will need to take place before the first penny is spent; then and only then will the technology have its intended effect.

Meher and Saba live in seclusion, hiding from people as much as possible. Saba joins an English course at the Allahabad University where she finds a companion in Nisha. The two girls are poles apart. Saba is all grace and concern; Nisha is self-centered and fashionable. In the university bank, the two girls happen to meet the dashing Rahul. Saba helps him and then the love story begins when the two start liking the same man. Rahul finally manages to get one of them through a series of events that make this novella a literary thriller.

It also examines the response of the film makers to the changes that have been taking place over the years in society vis-à-vis the communal milieu in the country and their contribution towards making a cinema that heals. Ever since its inception a century ago, Indian cinema, far more than other popular cultural medium, has consistently taken up highly appealing and socially relevant interpretations of popular religious beliefs and customs. It has often attempted to ensure that the audiences identified themselves with the characters as they enacted their roles on screen. This cinema, though dominated by love stories and romantic escapism, has, occasionally, sent out a powerful message against age-old religious orthodoxy and outdated traditions by emphasizing that such factors have caused tremendous social tensions and suffering. In a very significant way, Indian cinema has tried to systematically break down religious and other barriers (say, ethnic, language, caste and class) and has endeavoured to engender an egalitarian society despite numerous obstacles. Here is a work that all readers, film buffs or not, will find stimulating, engrossing and informative.

She has been researching on Sai Baba since then. Though this is her first book, more are likely to follow soon. Her only son with his wife and two daughters is settled in America. His entire family is very much devoted to Sai Baba, and visits Shirdi every time they come to India.
