Thus, it may be visualized that religion of God is the religion of truth. Scientists all over the world are also working hard and running after the truth and mysteries of the world and foundation of the life processes. Thus, motivation of a spiritual seeker and a scientist are one and the same, that is to know the truth (to be enlightened). Eventually , at one stage a scientist become a philosopher or otherwise a philosopher become a scientist. In this way, science and philosophy converge at the point of truth or God Realisation. In this book, the author provided some such scientific documentations for betterment of day to day life experiences through Yoga and Meditation, a primeval Indian cultural practices discovered by sages and spiritual seekers. Fortunately, from 1980, onwards an accelerating researches on the benefit of Yoga (Hathayoga) & Meditation is coming out and presently the voluminous literatures in the subject casting no doubt for its health benefit effects. Let us hope for the day when meditation will replace medication.
