The first murder, the JFK assassination, has probably been the most-investigated crime in American history. Yet, five decades later, there remain questions regarding the number of gunmen, the true motive, and the masterminds (if any) of the killing of Kennedy. The case was 'wrapped' up in hours by the F.B.I. with the arrest of Lee Oswald by the Dallas Police Department and the case was ruled by the Warren Commission to be the sole act of one man, Oswald. My law enforcement and military experience convinces me that a complex case such as this killing would not lead to completion and declaration of a 'sole assassin and non-conspiracy' in such as short period of time, and has offered some facts to rebut that theory. We look again at Oswald. Let's face it; Oswald was a willing tool of the U.S. Government from the time of his military service until the day he died. He was not a lone nut, but one of the tools in the CIA's box of tricks and mysteries, regardless of the agency's declared declaration of their actions as being 'right and necessary'. Oswald may have supplied one of the murder weapons that killed JFK, (some say he did not) but the fact remains that he did not fire the fatal shots at Kennedy. He would have to have been Houdini that day, being in two places at the same time. Oswald was indeed the best possible Patsy his handlers could find.

They meet and Danny is besotted with Gina, but whereas Danny is a plodder and a dreamer, Gina wants to get on and make something of her life and her job. She is the realist to Dannys dreams. Ginas parents are Italian and hence she speaks English and Italian. The story follows their lives and quite frankly, Gina doesnt care how she rises in the world of finance as long as she gets there. This is actually a story of role reversal, Gina is the go getter and Danny is quite happy to drift along. As for Gina, she wants money and power you name it and she will do it as long as it advances her career. She will let nothing or anyone get in her way. She even marries Danny just to get away from her oppressive father. Once Danny realises whats been happening, he awakens with a start and tries to change his life. Throughout the story there are many twists and turns, it is both a power game and has some very sexy encounters.

The field of special education and intellectual disability practice has been strongly influenced by legislation in the United States. The United States is also the source of most research in the disability field. For this reason, there is an emphasis in this book on research and practice in the United States. However, there is also coverage of research and practice in Australia (where the author is located); the UK, where there are several leading research groups; and other parts of the world. Instructors may wish to use the book as the basis of a one-semester unit on the education of students with intellectual disability. Each chapter could be treated over 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the focus of the group and the particular interest of the instructor. A group with an early childhood focus would spend more time on early intervention. A secondary-focused group might spend more time on postschool options. Each major chapter section has questions for discussion or reflection, and there are also discussion questions about the case studies provided in each chapter.
