When two giant airliners collide over Kansas City, aluminum and dead bodies shower the streets below. Controller Kyle Matthews insists that the two aircraft were two thousand feet apart just seconds before. But whether or not he lives or dies by lethal injection may all come down to whether or not the prosecutor realizes that his own government is withholding evidence, and digs deeper to learn the truth.
