Other suggestions include wearing non-synthetic materials; identifying potential irritants in the home such as air fresheners or gas heating; learning new cleaning methods; replacing commercial cosmetics with home-made ones; and learning how to travel cleanly. Mental attitude and the desire to change are important in effecting a new lifestyle.
