Pairing Off": With Archie's car problems making him perpetually late and in danger of detention after detention, the girls present alternatives: Betty urges Archie to take the bus in with her, but Veronica offers to pick Archie up in her sports car! Some people get "Lost" in the moment they get behind the wheel of a car, but Veronica doesn't even get that far - she's still working our way out of her labyrinthine closet! When the girls score a "Backstage Pass" to the "Tumbling Boulders" concert, they're surprised to learn that offstage the band is more "mild" than "wild!
The Shoppers": Veronica thinks she's gotten around the hectic shopping season by staying at home and shopping online, until she remembers a gift she forgot... on Christmas Eve, of course! "Are You Sure?": Here it is, the story that proves once and for all that Archie is the man of Betty and Veronica's dreams - literally! "Santa Shortage": A Christmas party for needy kids without a Santa Claus? Better find a replacement... or two... or three... quick!
The King & Us": A trip to the museum inspires Veronica and Betty to imagine what it would be like to rule ancient Egypt! "What's in Store?": For a change of pace, Mr. Lodge suggests that Veronica do the grocery shopping instead of the servants...and he sends Betty along to make sure she does it right! "What's in a Name?": Veronica swoons over the new hunk in school. .. until she learns his last name! "Unexpected Results": As they await the results of their career day tests, Veronica insists Betty and Midge won't qualify for the glamor jobs. Wait until she sees her own results!
Where the Jobs Are": A stroll through the high school's job fair leads Betty and Veronica to daydream about glamorous jobs like being a secret agent, rock star or blogger. At least we know they're qualified to be "creative writers!" "Personal Best": The girl's baseball team decides the best way to win this season is for each member to improve her specialties — so Betty & Midge work on their fielding, Ethel perfects her pitching, Nancy brings her batting average up... and Veronica handles cosmetic improvements! "Serious Business": The line to wait for a famous author's autograph is so long that Betty & Veronica have time to write their own books while they wait!
Past Problem": It's deja vu all over again for Veronica when she flirts with a lifeguard only to find he's interested in Betty! It's shades of Nick St. Clair, the mysterious stranger who caused so much 'bad boy trouble' for Veronica in last year's epic story. And speaking of Nick, wait until you read the surprise ending of this story! "The Switch": When pretty exchange students from Norway invite Betty and Veronica to their country, Veronica turns the girls down to avoid all the mountain climbing - until she learns they've asked Archie and Jughead to go in their place! "On the Outs": When the gang congregates in the Lodge's entertainment room to play the latest video game, Mr. Lodge enlists Betty to use her smarts - and her knowledge of her friends - to lure them all outside!
