In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde ein modellbasiertes Diagnose-Verfahren fur ereignisdiskrete Closed-Loop Systeme entwickelt. Die betrachteten Systeme bestehen aus dem geschlossenen Kreis von Steuerung und Prozess. Durch den systematischen Vergleich von aktuell beobachtetem und durch ein Systemmodell erwartetem Verhalten konnen Fehler in Echtzeit erkannt und isoliert werden. In der Arbeit wurden geeignete Modellidentifikationsverfahren fur Ereignisdiskrete Systeme entwickelt, sodass die aufwandige manuelle Modellbildung vermieden wird. Die entwickelten Methoden wurden im Labor und im Rahmen einer Industrieanwendung erfolgreich getestet.

This work presents methods to advance electrophysiological simulations of intracardiac electrograms (IEGM). An experimental setup is introduced, which combines electrical measurements of extracellular potentials with a method for optical acquisition of the transmembrane voltage in-vitro. Thereby, intracardiac electrograms can be recorded under defined conditions. Using experimental and clinical signals, detailed simulations of IEGMs are parametrized, which can support clinical diagnosis.

For ensuring a software system's security, it is vital to keep up with changing security precautions, attacks, and mitigations. Although model-based development enables addressing security already at design-time, design models are often inconsistent with the implementation or among themselves. An additional burden are variants of software systems. To ensure security in this context, we present an approach based on continuous automated change propagation, allowing security experts to specify security requirements on the most suitable system representation. We automatically check all system representations against these requirements and provide security-preserving refactorings for preserving security compliance. For both, we show the application to variant-rich software systems. To support legacy systems, we allow to reverse-engineer variability-aware UML models and semi-automatically map existing design models to the implementation. Besides evaluations of the individual contributions, we demonstrate the approach in two open-source case studies, the iTrust electronics health records system and the Eclipse Secure Storage.

This book constitutes the joint refereed proceedings of the 17th International Workshop on Computer Science Logic, CSL 2003, held as the 12th Annual Conference of the EACSL and of the 8th Kurt Gödel Colloquium, KGC 2003 in Vienna, Austria, in August 2003. The 30 revised full papers presented together with abstracts of 9 invited presentations were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 112 submissions. All current aspects of computer science logic are addressed ranging from mathematical logic and logical foundations to the application of logics in various computing aspects.
Our aim in writing this book was to provide an extensive set of C++ programs for solving basic numerical problems with verification of the results. This C++ Toolbox for Verified Computing I is the C++ edition of the Numerical Toolbox for Verified Computing l. The programs of the original edition were written in PASCAL-XSC, a PASCAL eXtension for Scientific Computation. Since we published the first edition we have received many requests from readers and users of our tools for a version in C++. We take the view that C++ is growing in importance in the field of numeri cal computing. C++ includes C, but as a typed language and due to its modern concepts, it is superior to C. To obtain the degree of efficiency that PASCAL-XSC provides, we used the C-XSC library. C-XSC is a C++ class library for eXtended Scientific Computing. C++ and the C-XSC library are an adequate alternative to special XSC-Ianguages such as PASCAL-XSC or ACRITH-XSC. A shareware version of the C-XSC library and the sources of the toolbox programs are freely available via anonymous ftp or can be ordered against reimbursement of expenses. The programs of this book do not require a great deal of insight into the features of C++. Particularly, object oriented programming techniques are not required.

However, there are still companies that have not included digital content in their marketing strategy. Others have difficulties making their marketing content unique and powerful. The main issue is often measuring the effectiveness of one’s digital content to determine whether DCM has a positive impact.
