More exegetical literature survives from the hand of Cyril of Alexandria than nearly any other Greek patristic author, yet this sizable body of work has scarcely received the degree of attention it deserves. In this work, Matthew R. Crawford reconstructs the intellectual context that gave rise to this literary output and highlights Cyril's Trinitarian theology, received as an inheritance from the fourth century, as the most important defining factor. Cyril's appropriation of pro-Nicene Trinitarianism is evident in both of his theology of revelation and his theology of exegesis, the two foci that comprise his doctrine of Scripture. Revelation, in his understanding, proceeds from the Father, through the Son, and in the Spirit, following the order of Trinitarian relations. Moreover, this pattern applies to the inspiration of Scripture as well, insofar as inspiration occurs when the Son indwells human authors by the Spirit and speaks the words of the Father. Although Cyril's interpretation of revelation may consequently be called 'Trinitarian', it is also resolutely Christological, since the divine and incarnate Son functions as the central content and mediator of all divine unveiling. Corresponding to this divine movement towards humanity in revelation is humanity's appropriation of divine life according to the reverse pattern—in the Spirit, through the Son, unto the Father. Applied to exegesis, this Trinitarian pattern implies that the Spirit directs the reader of Scripture to a Christological interpretation of the text, through which the believer beholds the incarnate Son, the exemplar of virtue and the perfect image of the Father, and accordingly advances in both virtue and knowledge. This process continues until the final eschatological vision when the types and riddles of Scripture will be done away with in light of the overwhelming clarity of the Christologically-mediated Trinitarian vision.

About the Author"Its pressure that carries the burden of promise." Matthew Hill was born in Kampala, Uganda, in 1984. As an orphaned child his life began with a grasp of misfortune losing his biological parents. He knew his life would hold challenges for him many would struggle to comprehend. Adopted by English parents he was fortunate that he would never go without love and would always have a home to go to. He spent his formative years in Uganda, until he moved to England at age 11. He began his path to success in academics and sport at this young age. He represented Staffordshire county as their school championship's winner, and played semi professional youth football. He was a hard working academic and in 2002 to 2005 he attended Keele university where he gained an upper second class honours degree in LLB Law and Criminology. With a promising legal career before him his world was set up for success. However, his life took a turn for the worst as a loving relationship began to collapse and its final severance from his heart completely shattered his world. He became depressed and his world caved in. In 2006, at age 22, he was admitted into a mental health hospital, the first of two occasions, where after a series of events he was diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic. Four years later, in 2010, after suffering from a rollercoaster of oppression and mistreatment, he was informed this was a misdiagnosis. Unfortunately for Matthew, the misdiagnosis not only intensified the pressure on his shoulders, he also endured medicines which were wrongly prescribed, and received treatment which did not get to the root causes of his feelings of intense loss. His medical health in 2010 and at the time of writing 'Lewton's Affiliation with the pearly gates' feel he had suffered a form depression. Now his psychiatrist, reserves a current diagnosis as it visible to him that Matthew experienced an intense melancholic tragedy which passed and Matthew is now in full health. Matthew Hill is now about to commence a Masters qualification in Counselling Psychology, to practice as a Counsellor in future.

This report presents the findings of a study to assess changes to flows into, and downstream of, the Usangu Wetlands, located in the headwaters of the Great Ruaha River, Tanzania. Hydrological data, in conjunction with remote sensing techniques, were used to provide insights into changes that have occurred to the Eastern Wetland. Results indicate that, between 1958 and 2004, inflows to the wetland declined by about 70 percent in the dry season months (July to November) as a consequence of increased human withdrawals, primarily for irrigation.

The four case files of United States ex rel. Rodriguez v. Hughes, et al. explore the suit brought by Juan Rodriguez, a prominent engineer, who acted as a whistleblower against his employer, Hughes Aircraft, for violations of the False Claims Act. Richard Hughes (CEO of Hughes Aircraft) learned that the United States Department of Defense (DOD) was looking for a new helicopter to provide to the Mexican government as part of the United States' Mérida Initiative, which provided Mexico resources to help it fight its war against the drug cartels. Hughes, on behalf of Hughes Aircraft, entered into a sole source contract with the DOD. Hughes was favorably positioned to do so as it was the sole manufacturer of the Screaming Eagle helicopter S-70, the model the DOD was seeking to purchase. Rodriguez's employment background put him in a position to ascertain whether his employer, Hughes Aircraft, was making false claims to the DOD. Initially, Rodriguez had been employed at Sikorsky Aircraft Inc., a predecessor of Hughes, working in the design and manufacture of the first Screaming Eagle helicopters. Later Sikorsky Aircraft was bought by Hughes Aircraft. During his tenure at Hughes, Rodriguez had designed and retrofitted early versions of the Screaming Eagle helicopter. When retrofitted with heavy missiles, one of the first versions, the UH-A, suffered cracks on landing. Accordingly, metals intended to help crash-proof the helicopter were added to the design. Hughes also started to employ Magnaflux testing to ensure that later versions of the Screaming Eagle did not have subsurface cracks. Rodriguez claims that he saw cracks in the cabin of one of the Screaming Eagles Mexico helicopters, and that he also saw workers welding over the cracks. Rodriguez claimed that he considered the welding over of cracks in the cabin of the Screaming Eagle a "cover up" of the failure to conduct testing and thus an act of fraud—passing on defective helicopters to the governments of the United States and Mexico.
