I found that the simple truth is, we should reflect the life, teachings, and love of Jesus. Each chapter will challenge you to look deeper into your own reflection both spiritually and physically. This book can provide a great tool for spiritual reflection and self-analysis that may benefit you in every area of your life. I have also provided an eight-week study guide to work through individually or as a small group.
