The author was an intelligence officer in Kosovo in 1998 thru March 19th, 1999 - days before Nato's air war against Serbia began. He took out with him open-source intelligence data, maps, and reports on the situation: a situation vastly different than what Western leaders were claiming. Never before published, it is a true account of events in pre-Nato Kosovo.
