PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR, PAUL MERRICK is murdered alongside his partner, while meeting with a perspective client. Subsequent to his untimely demise, he's transported to another dimension, where he's catapulted into an afterlife experience he could have never imagined. While in the confines of his incredible shift in reality, Paul's informed that he must return to the temporal realm in the mind and body of Chicago Police Lieutenant, Chase Manley. The Lieutenant's assignment is to lead the murder investigation of Paul Merrick! Manley and his crew of detectives must bring the perpetrators to justice within thirty days, or cataclysmic events will result in the destruction of humanity. Unfortunately, Chase will find the investigation surprisingly more difficult than he expected. As he unearths the clues in his investigation, Chase is confronted with a whirlpool of duplicity and murder. Throughout the investigation, Chase is accompanied by a mentor he's acquired during his journey. His mentor is an amusingly interesting character, who reveals many of life's mysteries, and informs Paul Merrick why he is one of the few people to move forward to a higher level of exsistence, after passing from the temporal realm.

Antenatal diagnosis has come a long way. As newer, more accurate, and less-invasive screening tests are available, doctors must constantly update themselves via the most recent research and publications. Good antenatal care is essential. Over the last decade we have seen rapid advances in medical technology that allowed the development of tools and tests essential to help reduce the risks to the mother and her developing foetus. The high-resolution transvaginal probe, with its crystal-clear view of the foetus, now make it possible for first-trimester diagnoses. From the perspective of the doctor, these tests will provide vital information that will be utilised to optimise antenatal care. It will afford early and timely intervention in terms of in utero therapy or prepare the mother for a potentially unfavourable outcome. Owing to the introduction of newer testing techniques, we have seen a shift in screening strategies. It has broadened the scope of antenatal testing from increasingly higher resolution ultrasound scans to genome molecular tests. In addition, non-invasive prenatal diagnoses are increasingly available and becoming more affordable.
