Saligman (2005) author of Happiness says happiness is a little like falling in love, that one can’t make it happen. Happiness can be a paradox. All our activities are moved around the centre concept happiness. There are several factors that could affect your happiness at work. Barriers to happiness are factors that cause unhappiness to most people. Barriers in Happiness you might have experience at work. If you want to remove these happiness barriers at work, you need to have a strategy. Positive Psychologists gave due importance to the Happiness of Human being. Various strategies are suggested by these psychologists to enhance happiness. Investigator has mentioned a few useful strategies that could enhance Happiness. While reviewing the literature, investigator found some good things happy people have in common. Happier people are more attractive and being happier makes you more likely to be attracted to someone else. Many studies have shown that people who are in a positive or happy mood solve problems better and faster. Happiness also improves people’s ability to learn and remember things. Better problem solving is another reason why happiness is important.

Jealousy is an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, such as a relationship, friendship, or love. Research has identified a number of factors associated with jealousy. Although both women and men experience jealousy, there are differences in the ways they experience and react to it. Main objectives of the study were 1)To find out the teachers who have professional Jealousy.2)To find out the situations that generates the professional Jealousy. 3) To find out the causes of Jealousy. 4) To enlist the Symptoms of Jealous behavior of colleague. Covert Participant observation method was used for the study. Jealousy was found to be more in the teachers who are ambitious, struggling high to achieve worthy position. Having average or below average level academic performance. Main causes of jealousy were found in the organization: When someone they hate succeeded, managed to get something and they thought that he didn't deserve it, achieved something that that had always wanted to achieve but didn't manage to get it. Lack of self confidence, Poor Self Concept, Fear Insecurity are the possible root causes for jealousy. The symptoms that indicates that colleague is jealous of you are: they avoid you, they spread rumours about you, they avoid making eye contact with you, not acknowledging your presence, not invited to social events.They don’t ever include you in their office humours Envy is a universal trait. However, if left unchecked in the workplace, it leads to problems..

It was designed by considering the need of the students of class XI and XII . To enable the students to access material with their own convenience, the developed online learning material was uploaded on the website, developed by the investigator. Using multi-stage sampling technique, eight Higher Secondary Schools, from Maharashtra were selected. Non-equivalent control group design was employed. Objective of the study was to compare adjusted mean scores of concept attainment of English grammar concepts of students learnt through online learning material and conventional method by considering pre-attainment of English Grammar Concepts as co-variate. The data related to this objective were analyzed with the help of analysis of covariance.

Academic Paper from the year 2021 in the subject Didactics - English - Grammar, Style, Working Technique, , language: English, abstract: In the present experimental study, an attempt was made to study the effectiveness of the Concept Mapping Strategy In terms of Understanding Concepts of English Grammar. Concept mapping is the strategy employed to develop a concept map. It is a graphical tool for organizing and representing knowledge. Concept Maps include concepts, usually enclosed in circles or boxes of some type, and relationships between concepts indicated by a connecting line linking two concepts. Words on the line referred to as linking words or linking phrases, specify the relationship between the two concepts. The most important characteristic of a concept map is that the concepts are represented in a hierarchical fashion with the most inclusive, most general concepts at the top of the map and the more specific, less general concepts arranged hierarchically below. The concept map may pertain to some situation or event that one is trying to understand through the organization of knowledge in the form of a concept map, thus providing the context for the concept map. Another important characteristic of a concept map is the inclusion of cross-links. These are relationships or links between concepts in different segments or domains of the concept map. For the present study, a Non-equivalent Control Group Design was employed. Sample of 81 students of class VIII studying in the academic year 2010-11 was selected, using a Random sampling technique for teaching selected concepts of English Grammar. The intact groups as existed in the schools were taken for experimentation. One of the groups was taught English grammar Concepts through the Concept Mapping Strategy the other group was taught the same concepts using the Lecture Method. The treatment continued for 17 days at a rate of 40 minutes per day. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA.
