There is a strong reason behind selecting the name of this book and content related to it. One of the most common reason is awareness, regarding the consideration of titles like mental health and it's importance. So, as a compiler I found this topic appropriate, and was delighted to know about people's viewpoints about the same. This book includes various thoughts and views in the form of poems and articles penned down by different people who belongs from different corners of the country. I personally felt that there are very minimal people who can actually understand the concept of mental health issues, but surprisingly I got wonderful writers for my book. Their words, ideas, expressions through words, and the knowledge about the title is highly appreciable, as I found all them as an amazing write ups. They are beautifully crafted by their experience and understanding. Hence, I hope that as readers you will surely love this breath taking creations by some wise writers.
