Welcome to the Garagegourmets cookbook. It all started in my garage in Michigan, where I would, chop, dice, and grill. Im not a gourmet chef by any means, just your average schmo, that loves fry, cook, bake and OHHH YA, grill, on the pit or open fire. I have been playing around with food for years and came up with some pritty awsome dishes, I see cooking as, just an experiment in process, if it didn't work the first time, well lets try it this way.
