Educators will find this book to be of value in their teaching. Ensemble playing is a pleasant and effective way to increase assurance of rhythm and pitch. The difficulty of these pieces range from lower to upper intermediate levels. Sometimes the recorder/flute part is easier than the guitar part, sometimes vice-versa. For the more advanced recorderist/flutist, variations in the proper style have been added to some pieces for further technical study, and as examples for improvisation.
