Sylvia always felt that she was a “bit” psychic. She “heard” identifiable sounds, detected strange odors, felt her bed shaking in the night, and at times, she felt that someone was sitting on the corner of her bed. She had profound insights and seemed (at times) able to read people’s minds. Now, if she could just find a use for this “talent” . . . At eighteen years of age, after many summers at 4-H camp and graduation from high school, Olivia leaves her childhood home.
