The mysterious millionaire and highly successful corporate executive, Mathew Anthony, alias The Mailman, is back in action. Thomas continues with his campaign quest to become the first Independent candidate to be elected to the Office of the President of the United States. Subversive activities are uncovered which suggest the possibility of another attempt on the lives of the Anthony brothers is being constructed. This information reinforces the brothers’ conclusion that they must devise a plan which will pit them against the most powerful man in the world, the President of the United States.
