To make things worse, Mentalists under the rule of Michael, the Arch Magi of the Magistrate, use their illusion powers to kill citizens in the streets terrorizing the country making law enforcement take drastic measures to stop the criminals with their own telepathic army. Jared once thought as a friendly superhuman secret agent working for the government is exposed as the mastermind behind Richard's plight and the Magistrate's only link to their criminal activities. But the mystery of Jared's past allows him to go into hiding and ruthlessly execute his ultimately destructive operation. Jean, Director of the Counter Espionage Agency, runs off with Jared in a leap of faith to see a better future. Richard and Elizabeth learn about the destructive plots to kill them or at the very least disband their superhero group, authorized by Jean and executed by Jared. The hunt is on as heroes and villains abrasively turnover every rock for Jared and Jean's heads on a platter. However, Jared's plan and desire for revenge against Michael and the Magistrate gives his family a new future and the beginning of salvation for everyone on the planet. The superheroes find their prey, but Richard and the Eternal Champions are forced to decide between justice and what is best for all, even if it means some criminals go free.

Steve and four superhumans he never met before in his life assemble in the middle of a deserted island. The five superhumans meet in a time of turmoil during the Cold War and dawn of the South American revolution, but they're propelled to the future where they learn that the past is not set in stone. On top of it, everyone is way out of their comfort zone as they find out they're no longer on Earth, but on a planet called Arlos. Time travel is a thing many do not believe possible, but if you could go back in time, why would you? To change the past is a paradox which even superheroes seem not to escape from except that this time it's not a paradox for the five superhumans, known as the Five Ghosts. They are not from the future or present, and their time traveling present is our future. Steve, known as Stargazer, leads this band of brothers to find a way back home by saving Queen Cassandra and stopping Korvax from obtaining time traveling powers and disrupting the order of the universe. Steve has to fight against his own team as they learn to deal with the weird situation and their own assertive personalities. Steve grew up watching the stars with his unique superhuman vision, but seeing the Sun as a very small white dot from another galaxy stirs him into action as a leader and hero. Queen Cassandra is near death, but the Five Ghosts fight through an army of demonic aliens to revive her from a parallax prison chamber. The time comes when the Five Ghosts see the opportunity to return home, but what they return to is not the same world they learned to appreciate. Earth is in danger, and they're the only ones who can change history, or should it be said, the future? Stargazer, Ghost, Rat Bastard, Spot, and Master find themselves in the middle of a worldwide plot to assassinate leaders and superhumans. Their only advantage in stopping the onslaught is no one knows them.

Fiel a su propio principio de que conocer es crear y que crear es hacer primero, tomados el primero del maestro mexicano Guillermo Héctor Rodríguez, y el segundo de la epistemología japonesa, baja sus teorías del cielo a la tierra e inicia una aventura editorial propia con la preparación y publicación de compendios que contienen lo esencial de cada disciplina, "lo que no puede dejar de saberse", para educación media y primera mitad de superior. Invita además a los maestros, al diseño de contenidos no lineales con los principios de la educación interactiva porque está consciente de que la formación de trabajadores del conocimiento, como se les llama, es una cuestión estratégica de supervivencia para cualquier sociedad y especialmente para las que están en vías de desarrollo y sufren los embates de la globalización financiera sin prevenirse contra ella.

Consisting of eight case studies with a focus on New Spain and Quito, Jaime E. Rodríguez O. demonstrates that the process of independence of Spanish America differs from previous claims. In 1188 King Alfonso IX convened the Cortes, the first congress in Europe that included the three estates: the clergy, the nobility, and the towns. This heritage, along with events in the sixteenth century, including the rebellion of Castilla and the Protestant Reformation, transformed the nature of Hispanic political thought. Rodríguez O. argues that those developments, rather than the Enlightenment, were the basis of the Hispanic revolution and the Constitution of 1812. Emphasizing continuity rather than the rejection of Hispanic political culture, and including the Atlantic perspective, Political Culture in Spanish America, 1500–1830 demonstrates the nature of the Hispanic revolution and the process of independence. Rodríguez O.’s work will encourage historians of Spanish America to reexamine the political institutions and processes of those nations from a broad perspective to gain a deeper understanding of the Spanish American countries that emerged from the breakup of the composite monarchy.
