In common with 6,000 people who have gone through the DRW workshop, Heidi grows stronger, becomes more fulfilled and discovers that the best is yet to come! As she tries to expand the work of DRW, Heidi has to deal with the stigma attached to divorce and confronts church leaders to embrace the challenge of starting local support groups. The book offers an insight into the work of DRW and allows individuals who cannot access a local support group to partake in some of the discussions and themes tackled by DRW. It allows relatives and friends of divorced individuals/families to gain a greater understanding of the divorce grief experience. Hope and healing is possible not only for the affected adult, but also for their children.

We present guidelines for using environmental DNA metabarcoding, together with conventional techniques, to monitor the taxonomic diversity of phytoplankton in marine and brackish waters. The focus is on eukaryotic and prokaryotic phytoplankton using 18S and 16S rRNA primers and high-throughput sequencing. Information and recommendations on sampling, sample processing, molecular biological work, quality control, bioinformatics, data storage and management and cost estimates are included so that the method can be used to complement standardized light microscopy. A scientific literature review, discussion on future perspectives, reference databases and standardization are included. Using eDNA metabarcoding to complement standardized light microscopy advances conventional monitoring and research on phytoplankton communities to assess biodiversity and the state of the marine environment.

Savant Singh (1694–1764), the Rajput prince of Kishangarh-Rupnagar, is famous for commissioning beautiful works of miniature painting and composing devotional (bhakti) poetry to Krishna under the nom de plume Nagaridas. After his throne was usurped by his younger brother, while Savant Singh was on the road seeking military alliances to regain his kingdom, he composed an autobiographical pilgrimage account, “The Pilgrim’s Bliss” (Tirthananda); a hagiographic anthology, “Garland of Anecdotes about Songs” (Pad-Prasang-mala); and a reworking of the story of Rama, “Garland of Rama’s Story” (Ram-Carit-Mala). Through an examination of Savant Singh’s life and works, Heidi Pauwels explores the circulation of ideas and culture in the sixteenth through eighteenth centuries in north India, revealing how Singh mobilized soldiers but also used myths, songs, and stories about saints in order to cope with his personal and political crisis. Mobilizing Krishna’s World allows us a peek behind the dreamlike paintings and refined poetry to glimpse a world of intrigue involving political and religious reform movements.
