The goal of this workbook is to change the way clients respond to their emotions when they occur. They will be asked to approach their emotions in a more accepting manner instead of viewing them as something to avoid. Leaning in toward our emotions and responding more effectively to them may be difficult at first, but it will gradually make our emotions more manageable.
