Changing China has become an important factor in influencing the value of human society as a whole. However, in order to truly achieve substantive change in Chinese society, it is necessary to achieve a new understanding of the civilizational order of human society. Although there are already various ideas and theories guiding and influencing the real world, all kinds of disputes and confusion are emerging. The endless disputes over various interests and concerns over various values are all urging a rebirth of the cognitive values of human civilization! Although I have the desire to contribute to the advancement of human civilization, I am not able to do so alone. Although I have spent most of my life exploring, I have not been able to meet the needs of reality. In recent years, I have been fortunate enough to live in the United States, where I enjoy a great deal of freedom, and I have been able to express some of my initial understanding publicly. Although my conceptualization of these values is not formally acknowledged by relevant authorities or experts, I feel it is important to articulate and record these ideas in the hope that they will help influence people's perception of the real world and improve it, especially in Chinese society!
This atlas and reference resource assembles the latest research findings on the responsibility and obligation of human society for historical climate change. It clearly and quantitatively estimates to what extent the developed and developing world are responsible for historical climate change with regard to anthropogenic carbon and sulfur emissions as well as global carbon trade, and so provides a potential tool to address the controversial issue of carbon emission reduction in international climate negotiations. Since the quantitative attribution of historical climate change is calculated based on CMIP5 models, the fidelity of these models in representing the observed climate change is also evaluated. In addition to evaluation, future climate change based on CMIP5 models is also shown both on global and regional scales (especially for China and its surrounding areas ) in terms of surface air temperature, precipitation, sea surface temperature, atmospheric circulations and Arctic Sea ice. The atlas also makes various comparisons among different multi-model ensemble methods in order to obtain the most reliable estimation.
The design of nonlinear controllers for mechanical systems has been an ex tremely active area of research in the last two decades. From a theoretical point of view, this attention can be attributed to their interesting dynamic behavior, which makes them suitable benchmarks for nonlinear control the oreticians. On the other hand, recent technological advances have produced many real-world engineering applications that require the automatic con trol of mechanical systems. the mechanism for de Often, Lyapunov-based techniques are utilized as veloping different nonlinear control structures for mechanical systems. The allure of the Lyapunov-based framework for mechanical system control de sign can most likely be assigned to the fact that Lyapunov function candi dates can often be crafted from physical insight into the mechanics of the system. That is, despite the nonlinearities, couplings, and/or the flexible effects associated with the system, Lyapunov-based techniques can often be used to analyze the stability of the closed-loop system by using an energy like function as the Lyapunov function candidate. In practice, the design procedure often tends to be an iterative process that results in the death of many trees. That is, the controller and energy-like function are often constructed in concert to foster an advantageous stability property and/or robustness property. Fortunately, over the last 15 years, many system the ory and control researchers have labored in this area to produce various design tools that can be applied in a variety of situations.
