DR. FAY COBB PAYTON is currently an Associate Professor of Information Systems at North Carolina State University. However, her academic, corporate and community accomplishments, experiences and advocacy have touched individuals and organizations globally over the past twenty years. In support of her passionate advocacy for the digital and social inclusion of all Americans in both academia and corporate settings, Dr. Cobb Payton has armed herself with a strong academic background, tours within some of the country's top corporations and years of collaborative writing and lectures.
