One only has to read some of the novels of today to find that the language used is appalling. It is an embarrassment to have violence and fornication on every page. This book is just a read to those that like to read about old virtues like courting honor, courtesy, chivalry, kindness, and the like. The characters are common but believable and/or lovable. Mixed with suspense, action, and overcoming challenges, it is a read for all ages.
