luckily I was able to cross paths with a great person who also happens to be a great chef, Miss Erica McCier. I was in the process of publishing my ninth book when we had a conversation and I suggested that she print and publish her personal recipes in a cook book, and she said she would think on it. A few days later, she called me and said she was interested and she wanted me to be a part of it. Being that I make smoothies and fruit juices at home, I felt I could contribute to her book in a positive way so I decided to join her. I love educating my community anyway that I can and the foods we choose to eat are very important to maintaining good overall health. Most of us have been in a meaningful relationship at one point or another in our lives. We know what it's like to be with only one person we care about and we know what it's like to give them one hundred percent of our love, time and everything else that comes with it. But there are those instances where you may meet someone else at work, school, it may be an old flame or someone you meet randomly on the street, that you can't seem to resist. Often times those relationships start off as friendships but can quickly escalate to something more serious if both people are willing participants.
