The science mentioned in the book is state-of-the-art, and is developed in part by the author's own technology company.

And He's always working for our good, even in the places where we can't see, even in the circumstances that we don't fully understand. It's hard to put a storm, periscope, and the idea of building something together unless you are in a submarine on a covert or clandestine mission in which the periscope rises to check out the landscape. This is a strange analogy to try and put together; nevertheless, we need to up our periscope, build a solid foundation and know that the only thing that will last is that which is done for the kingdom of God.

The neoliberal theologians, who intend to repaint Christianity, say they are reacting to the errors and abuses within the church, against the false promises of the Prosperity theology and the modern Pharisees, who use legalism as a means of oppression and control. The truth, however, is that they incur in the same mistakes of them. Those of the Prosperity Gospel or those of the postmodern church philosophy lead the ministry according to peoples desire, not according to Gods interests or the true spiritual need of people. The Prosperity theology adapted to a greedy society that sees Jesus only as the multiplier of loaves and fishes and a free healer; therefore, it gave them what they wanted. The postmodern Christians changed the speech and emphasis, but reproduced the same pattern of ministry. When we compare them, both groups are alike they all use pragmatism as foundation for ministry, thus, their teachings are unbiblical, their practice unethical and its results, devastating to the Christian faith. The new painters take advantage of the mistakes of some groups of the evangelicalism, with this, they find the opportunity to throw out the baby with the dirty bathwater they throw away the true Gospel along with the errors of the church. Such opportunism is clearly detected in their effort to establish a stereotype to represent historic Christianity as a group of ignorant and devoid-of-love Fundamentalist fanatics, while they pose as open-minded good-boy- preachers, and love givers with no trace of prejudice. By opposing legalism, these men went to the other extreme they became libertines. Thus, their offered antidote became worse than the poison itself. The neoliberal theologians came not to bring healing to the churchs problems, rather, they aggravated it. They are opportunists who are creating a neo-Christianity under the perspectives of this new postmodern world.

On February 24, 2008, 60 Minutes delivered a bombshell claims that President Bushs political advisor Karl Rove had assigned an Alabama woman to tail Governor Don Siegelman and take photos of him having extramarital sex. The piece also presented an open and shut case that powerful Republicansincluding Rove and Bob Riley, Siegelmans successor as Alabamas governorhad somehow ordered the Justice Department to prosecute Siegelman. If you believe Don Siegelman got shafted by over-zealous, intensely partisan prosecutors you will find the case presented against him in great detail, making it easier for you to contradict with opposing evidence. I consider Don Siegelman a personal friend and this book has not changed my mind. He is a man of great ability and it will be up to the reader to decide if he abused the trust that was placed in himor was the victim of a witch hunt orchestrated at the highest levels of American government. The lynching of Leo Frank was one of the terrible tragedies in Atlanta history, but he was not another innocent Alfred Dreyfus. The United States reached its peak of power and influence during World War II and the Cold War. Future historians will chart the beginning of the decline and fall of our country with the advent of the decadent baby boomer generation.
