In Today's world digital transaction is important in business, especially in dealing with merchants and clients.Focusing on digitalization can help our country grow tremendously. According to a report by economic analysts, the Digital India initiative could boost our GDP by around $1 trillion by 2025. Digital India was created with a vision of making inclusive growth in the areas of products, manufacturing, electronic services, and job opportunities. The main objective of the Digital India Mission is 'Power to Empower. A digitally connected India can result in the growth of the social and economic status of people. This can be achieved by the development of non-agricultural economic activities. As we know the vision of the Digital India Scheme is very vibrant in India. The goal of the Digital India scheme is to make India a digitally empowered society with a knowledge economy. The vision is divided into 3 parts. The digital infrastructure is a utility to every citizen, governance and services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. We are very happy to come out with this book on “ Digital India: A Progress towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ” that need to be addressed and inculcated by today. The Digital India programme itself promises to transform India into a digitally empowered society by focusing on digital literacy, digital resources, and collaborative digital platforms. This book is aimed to focus on adopting digital technologies such as automation and robotics has helped increase manufacturing efficiency and productivity, enabling Indian manufacturers to compete more effectively in global markets.
The first natural magnetic material found to man in pre historic time was magnetite (Fe3O4), which is now known as ferrous ferrite. The story of ferrites begins with the search for ferromagnetic material of usual high resistivity to obtain reasonable low eddy current losses. When ferrimagnetic materials placed in alternating field, eddy current generates into them, which dissipates energy. These losses can be reduced by lamination of ferrimagnetic core to restrict eddy current. Since, eddy current losses are inversely proportional to the resistivity; they can be minimized by use of magnetic materials of high resistivity. Ferrites having resistivity of up to 107Ωm as compared to 10-7Ωm of iron, reduces the eddy current losses in them to a negligible value, even at microwave frequencies.
knowledge on mycorrhiza-plant relationship has grown somewhat with slow pace until about 1970 when there was a sudden upsurge of interest on a specialized type of endomycorrhiza-vesicular arbuscular mycorrhiza (VA Mycorrhiza). The prodigious research made during last three decades clearly established its widespread occurrence in various plant species and under different agro-climatic conditions covering broad ecological range including deserts, forest and mangroves. It was also established that this symbiotic association benefits the plants through enhanced nutrient uptake, biological control of root pathogens, and synergistic interaction with nitrogen fixing microorganisms, hormone production and drought resistance. In view of its utility to plants, this bio-tool has now attracted the attention of microbiologist. agronomist, horticulturist and foresters at global level.
In the present investigation, in vitro tuberization, pre treatments for improvement of seed germination, potting media for seedling establishment and influence of growth regulators on sprouting of tubers were studied. In the in vitro techniques, tuber node was used as explant for the micro tuber formation. Explants sterilized with 70% ethanol for 30 seconds and HgCl2 for 60 sec reduced the contamination percentage (8.00%). MS medium supplemented with 4.0 mgl-1 BAP and 1.0 mgl-1 NAA recorded the highest response for primary tuber (100 %) and secondary tuber (100 %) formation. Minimum number of days for primary (19.88 days) and secondary tuber (45.11 days) formation was recorded in the medium supplemented with 4.0 mgl-1 BAP and 1.0 mgl-1 NAA. This also recorded the maximum number of tuber (1.77) from single explant. GA3 (1.0 mgl-1) was observed to be vital for the elongation of shoot where as IAA (1.0 mgl-1) in combination with IBA was effective for induction of roots on MS medium. Seed germination is erratic due to the presence of hard seed coat and hence germination is very poor. The studies on seed treatments revealed that, pre treating the seeds with hot water for an hour improved the germination (34.88%) and also resulted in earlier germination (48.35 days) of seeds. With reference to different media, the combination of sand, soil, cocopeat (2:2:1) recorded better seed germination and early germination and was very effective for micro tuber development. At 150 days after sowing, this medium gave the maximum length of the micro tuber (2.84 cm), fresh weight (1.76 g) and dry weight (1.25 g) of the micro tuber while sand:soil:FYM recorded the maximum girth of the micro tuber (3.29 cm). Tubers treated with different growth regulators to enhance the sprouting, indicated that ethrel (500ppm) contributed for maximum sprouting percentage of tubers (100%), earlier sprouting (6.33days), maximum plant height (99.32cm) and maximum number of leaves (34.04).

This book discusses the Advances in Agriculture to Doubling Farmers Income: The changing cropping pattern, monoculture, intensive cultivation of high yielding varieties, negligence of crop rotation, non adoption of summer ploughing, and other cultural practices have aggravated pest problems; thus, their management has become difficult. Then this book focuses on some farming methods which are being used and has a future for the better development of agriculture. Doubling Farmers are so crucial in the coming years. Many proven technologies and planting improvement practices promise to boost returns and reduce the cost of production. The chapters will clearly define the Advances in Agriculture and their impacts on agricultural productivity. We wish to express a deep sense of gratitude to those who helped us directly or indirectly during the preparation of the manuscript of this text. We hope that the book is valuable and exciting to readers, teachers, and students and would urge them to know more about recent research related to Smart Agriculture. We are highly thankful to all authors who contribute their research/ideas to enhance the book's utility.
Learn how to take control of your health—and decrease susceptibility to infectious viral disease before it strikes. There will almost certainly be more pandemics in our future. Yet, during the coronavirus crisis, not a single major public health official took the simple step of telling Americans what we all need to hear: Robust good health—healthy immunity, low inflammation, low toxic burden, and freedom from stealth infection and chronic disease—is our best defense against infectious viral disease. Of course, it’s not that simple. The way our bodies interact with infectious disease is complicated—both a function of the “germ” and the “terrain”—the virus and the host. In The Virus and the Host, Dr. Chlebowski succinctly describes emerging science on the virome and how toxic exposure, chronic inflammation, infections, and chronic diseases interact and predispose us to poor outcomes from acute viral infection. He then clearly outlines the tools needed for better health, including: • How to eat like your life depends on it • The best nutrients to supercharge your immunity • How to harness the power of botanical medicine • How to detoxify simply and safely at home • Valuable information on simple treatment and recommended diagnostic tests for given conditions As we move forward from the tragedy of COVID-19, it is essential that we come together to learn from our mistakes, and work hard—and work together—to prevent a similar crisis in the future. When the next pandemic hits, we need to be better prepared. Now is the time to do something, and it is the best investment we can make so that when—not if—the next “big one” hits we can keep our loved ones and ourselves safe and healthy.
Education is a vital part of growing up. Everyone goes through the education system to help carve a path towards their future self and what career they want to focus on as they get older. However, what most people become confused on is the difference between “general education” and “special education.” General education is the education provided to students who physically attend school. Now, special education is the education provided by the school plus extra programs and services to help aid and guide the students through the general education. Special Education is defined as, “the means through which children who have disabilities receive an education specifically designed to help them reach their learning potential” (Friend, ).ICT in education is becoming increasigly important and has potential advantages to disabled learners if the technolgies are appropriately designed, including for accessibility and usability, and used. This paper presents the first sets of recommendations for learning technologies for disabled people aimed at disabled learners, teachers, developers and educational institutions respectively. They were developed as part of the work of the Enable Network for ICT Learning for Disabled People and involved input from both experts and end-users. The concise format facilitates production in a variety of formats and languages for accessibility and wide distribution. The paper discusses the recommendations and their relationship to existing guidelines. The results indicated that these students felt ready to use the technology resources in their studies. However, they did not receive support by the teachers and they noticed differences in approach, depending on the stage of the educational course and the type of disability. This book has been written for the education of Divyang people on ICT and communication, which includes the use of ICT in their education, what is the use of ICT, what is the importance of ICT, how can it contribute, how can we help Divyang people to become self-dpendent, authors are publishing articles on various aspects in it, which will not only help in bringing fundamental changes in the education of Divyangs, but also in their lives, so that not only India, but the interest towards ICT will come from it, how can we simplify and improve our education, various people have given their views.
