Jessie and Eddie have won a trip to Egypt, wanting to tell her sister Crystal about the good news, Jessie accidently found out about the universe and cosmos are unbalanced. Crystal and her team are sent back in time to ancient Egypt to retrieve the stones and book. Wanting to help her sister, Jessie devises a way to hitch a ride back in time on Crystal's vessel, but Jessie's plan goes awry. Jessie, Eddie and White Cloud, get lost in the tombs of the Valley of the Kings, shot into space, and shot down by space bandits and end up in a time machine trying to find a way home. Bermuda Triangle A starship cruiser crashes into the ocean with nine aliens (ambassadors) from other galaxies. They are on a mission of peace and are pulled into Earth's magnetic field. Eddie and Jessie discover them and must find a way to fly them back to their home planet. Eddie and Jessie are on a cruise to Bermuda with Eddie's parents. The ship encounters a weird storm in the Bermuda Triangle. A rogue wave hits the ship, and Jessie and Eddie are washed overboard into the choppy sea, fighting off sharks. They are pulled into the magnetic field forcing them deeper and deeper into the ocean, landing on top of a spaceship. The hatch pops open and they are sucked inside. Sitting on the bridge are two aliens who are ill. They are dying. They find seven more aliens with the same sickness. Jessie and Eddie get in touch with Crystal and her team in hopes they can help her and Eddie find a way to fly the ship out of Earth's ocean and return them back to the planet of its destination. While in flight, White Cloud finds a alien game called Meet the Master of Your Fate, but he did not read the instructions. On the last level, he is sucked into the game and must find his master before all of the monsters, ghouls, and demons get him.

This book explores how, and why, the blues became a central component of English popular music in the 1960s. It is commonly known that many 'British invasion' rock bands were heavily influenced by Chicago and Delta blues styles. But how, exactly, did Britain get the blues? Blues records by African American artists were released in the United States in substantial numbers between 1920 and the late 1930s, but were sold primarily to black consumers in large urban centres and the rural south. How, then, in an era before globalization, when multinational record releases were rare, did English teenagers in the early 1960s encounter the music of Robert Johnson, Blind Boy Fuller, Memphis Minnie, and Barbecue Bob? Roberta Schwartz analyses the transmission of blues records to England, from the first recordings to hit English shores to the end of the sixties. How did the blues, largely banned from the BBC until the mid 1960s, become popular enough to create a demand for re-released material by American artists? When did the British blues subculture begin, and how did it develop? Most significantly, how did the music become a part of the popular consciousness, and how did it change music and expectations? The way that the blues, and various blues styles, were received by critics is a central concern of the book, as their writings greatly affected which artists and recordings were distributed and reified, particularly in the early years of the revival. 'Hot' cultural issues such as authenticity, assimilation, appropriation, and cultural transgression were also part of the revival; these topics and more were interrogated in music periodicals by critics and fans alike, even as English musicians began incorporating elements of the blues into their common musical language. The vinyl record itself, under-represented in previous studies, plays a major part in the story of the blues in Britain. Not only did recordings shape perceptions and listening habits, but which artists were available at any given time also had an enormous impact on the British blues. Schwartz maps the influences on British blues and blues-rock performers and thereby illuminates the stylistic evolution of many genres of British popular music.

Fidel will take direct charge of the operation which will take place on a island in the Bahama chain. A fast moving story that culminates in the middle of a hurricane on the small Caribbean Island of Great Inagua.

The worlds population will stabilise at about nine billion in 2050 and this raises the fundamental issues of how much land, water and energy we will devote to raising animals for food. Is grazing an efficient or humane way of feeding our species? Industrial farming out of sight and out of mind involves inescapable cruelty. Chickens are raised on an A4 size of smaller scratching area, confined in multi-layered cages. Do animals have a right of access to sunlight and paddock for at least the great part of their lives? How does a cow giving birth cope with a crowded cattle truck? Do we turn our eyes away from the inevitable suffering involved in animal transport, especially life sheep exports? There are profound moral lessons to be learned from observing how we treat animals and yet the issue will not be on the agenda for the next Federal or State elections. Instead of recovering from the Covid 19 pandemic, we are now having to suffer war time effects. We need to learn from history. I wrote my first book, US Unhinged, to jolt us out of complacency and lead to personal transformation. This book US Fractured is even more critical. Our way of life in America and our democracy is in jeopardy. On January 6th, no one could believe the events that were transpiring in Washington, nor could the countries worldwide believe that anarchy existed in America. Yet, one man, Trump, wielded power due to his failed election attempt to stir up anger and resentment by his supporters to stop the electoral process and certify the presidential election results. Instead of Republican and Democratic politicians working together to solve national issues, they continue to waste time threatening one another. The economic and sociological problems in this country are enormous. Our roads and bridges require extensive repairs. The effects of climate change are destroying thousands of acres by fire and flooding our cities, towns, farmlands, and coastlines throughout America. Covid-19 safety measures and continued research are necessary for the safety of all citizens. Gun regulations and mental health issues of young people require our immediate attention. State governments must restore women's abortion rights. Sensible immigration laws need to be established and lack of labor force must be addressed. Deadlock and procrastination by politicians only prolong the devastating effects on our society. All Americans should practice due diligence to uncover the facts by researching multiple sources of information and listening to diverse opinions. This book has numerous reference sources in the endnotes, which readers can access to clarify the information. I firmly believe that most Americans care deeply about the welfare of this country but are frustrated with the dysfunction in Washington, loss of freedom, and politicians pandering to their party supporters. If we are to survive as a freedom-loving nation, leading the world in democracy, tolerance, and climate change issues to preserve the planet for future generations, we will all have to do our part. Following Gods directions, I found myself moving from Browns Mills, New Jersey to Columbia, South Carolina. Presently, I serve as founder and president of Worthy is the Lamb Outreach Ministries (Revelation 5:12). The contemporary figure has somewhat similar characteristics to his father, grandfather, and great grandfather; a soul-searching thinker, all the same, departing from the ruinous while conserving the beneficial side of the culture, customs, and manners in which he was raised and the larger generational dimensions embedded in it.
