All you care to know is in the text. Trust me I was better at 14 than I am today. This book is designed to show that with faith in God, one does not need drugs, or popularity to make a positive impact on his or her world.
Its 9:40 and my exile continues; call me a recluse, call me the idiot, but a believer still. This book is an extension of you when you are either lost, young, and experimenting. While I hate editing, I do dedicate these stories to kids; and well refrain from adult themes. I cannot guarantee I am commercial yet or you may see Doc Cole as animated. But the truth we all have a single soul. It is "US and Them, and after all we're only ordinary men." This book should be read while Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon is played or Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii, The Director's Cut. People tell me to sell; you have to go with the market. I say Doc can only write what I know, people, hearts, love and loss. The wins, let downs, and how to rise above it and not become it. For most of my life, when I go with the traffic, I am lost. It is only as a solo traveler of worlds, when the peace comes and it is free. It costs you nothing. All you have to do is take it, and un-plug. God love you, Doc Moon Cole

Synopsis: Bill Blakley creates Donovan, an Artificial Intelligence nightmare and Vera, a robotess vixen. In doing so, he becomes a man obsessed with control and sex! But his 45 year old demons fight for total annihilation of not only Bill, but the world as he knew it. The first part of the book is about Bill’s past, and his new flat in Tromso Norway. The plot thickens as former friends attempt to shine light on his inner darkness. But Bill, despite his laptop program called Donovan, falls in love with Vera, the robot he created. As his feelings towards Vera turns into a possible first fertilization by a male to a robot, Bill receives an awakening of the supernatural. Thus, near the end of the story, he almost looses all and has to reshape his mind and body in the process. The moral of the story is that humanity is gearing itself towards total reclusion. Bill is a symbol of this and what every man from Generations X and Y are debating concerning the fate of male-female reproduction.
This book is full of Army humor, and about 1-41 Field Artillery Battalion of Ft. Stewart GA, 3rd Infantry Division. It is a tale more of "Red Platoon" or "Red Steel." Still known as "Glorious Guns," we came to Ramadi Iraq during the Troop Surge of 2007. Some of us were young without plenty of experience in combat. Others like me were older and not experienced. The center of the story is me, "The Docfather." The irony of this combat experience is the akin to the movie "The Godfather." Like the Francis Ford Coppola's movie, it involves a Family "Red Platoon." The enemies of course were Al-Queda, and Iranians killing us in the middle of the night. Yet as a medic, my job was not to kill, but to heal. I have published a book like this via Fictionwise books under fiction. Truth be told, this book is anything but fiction. The blood you smell here is real. The M-4s firing bullets you hear were real. The five year old Iraqi boy who I could not save is real. For to me, God took him for a reason. Out of 38 Iraqis I tread, I lost two. One came to me with a .50 caliber round hole in his chest. By purchasing this book, you are helping not only me, but yourselves. Maybe if we change the way we wage war, or the way we spend money, we might save lives and money.
This is a collection of short fictional accounts. Every writer writes from his or her soul according to the highs, lows, or substance abuse they chose to arm their minds with. From 2007 to the Present, these stories rested on a lap top I brought back from the sandy desert called Ramadi Iraq. The first part deals with from the years 1979-1983 and the present. Take the movie “Stand By Me” meets a Class Reunion years later. Parts II to IV all revolve around with the attempt of me to make peace with a past of antique thoughts which are fabricated from recycled thoughts thirty years old. An attempt to understand past teen days. In Part V is a comedy or farce of Southern Living Trailer Park Style. Part VI “Microwave Left Over Romances” is misadventures of pot holed love affairs. Part VII “The Secret Bearer” deals with a veteran of Iraq who tries to get a job with the CIA.

Also in this short book are other family characters who react in various and chaotic ways to her and her treatment. The conflicts and stakes are high in this ongoing drama. If you enjoy Grey's Anatomy, Fried Green Tomatoes, ER, or House, you may enjoy this book. Thank you for reading. Doc King Cole
Doc King Cole is not known. This book is an attempt to show history does and can repeat itself. Though at this point in geo-politics, the tables and cards are about to be called by the Dealer or The Bloominati. A team of drug dealers decide to sell truth rather than drugs after playing a game they found created years ago.
They Eat Their Young; The Character Assassination of A Teacher! During the years of 1995-2008 I fought the law (Secondary School Administrators) and the law won. I taught with my heart and not my head. I gave my all but did not know this was not allowed. I was nominated Teacher of the Year Twice. Yet lost it because I was teaching out of my area. I left twice in the middle of the year, well three times because the Law was not doing its job. This is a book I feel every new teacher or even a veteran should read. It is a tale all, no holds barred, except changing the names, locations to protect from any law suits. At first I labeled this “Teaching Black While White” because many districts I worked in were minority based or “At Risk.” Now I must warn my readers; this is a male, Caucasin teacher not realizing this game is ruled by the opposite sex. Though most of my enemies were male Principals. I will be able to give you some subtle guides as to what to do and what not to do at any school. This book is dedicated to students every where who are stereo typed as low achievers. Also to teachers or educators who are thinking of giving up; don't give them the satisfaction. Stay in the game! Working at Philipp's 66 Gas Station across the grey cracked Newberry Indian Stadium, one saw a lot. In this book, Doc is me. I use the amalgam of Banned for a certain character in The Dark Knight. For our city, there was no Dark Night, or no Super Being to save us, only a black night of the soul. In this book I try to recollect the past of 72-82, my crusades, my fights, fears and loss. I have tried when in doubt to leave or change names about this jungle of nature. If you find yourself in the book, it is by fault and you should contact me to get a taste of the profits. Now to our story, our time, when we always tried to call or find a Dark Night in Newberry. This book also contains banned material I submitted to Major Publishers without successes. Why am I writing this 30 years gone by and most of the people in the story, I have never heard from since '82. They are statues in my Hall of Fame, they are legends, they are precious to me. As I try to re-create life, it kills me slowly. It sheds layers of my soul to you. Please handle this book with care and the ones who love you as well. Never forget them, never let the past leave you behind. I love you for even taking your precious time to try to follow me on this hell of a journey. Let the Dark Night find me once before it is too late! Author's Note: The thunder I hear is nothing to the storm coming, then and now. We were young, naïve, high and without a guide. Parents were well AWOL. This is not one of those I feel sorry for myself books. But if you don't cry, laugh, smile or love Newberry more or less, then I need to find a new soul, a new way. We all wanted to get out of Newberry, but Newberry won't let us be. The Dark Night looks upon us still and lets see what we might be. (Doc Banned Cole) July 24, 2012 I don't do Table of Contents, Newberry's No Show on a Dark Night Would Not Allow Doc to do it!
Caveat venditor—let the seller beware While marketers look for more ways to get personal with customers, including new tricks with “big data,” customers are about to get personal in their own ways, with their own tools. Soon consumers will be able to: • Control the flow and use of personal data • Build their own loyalty programs • Dictate their own terms of service • Tell whole markets what they want, how they want it, where and when they should be able to get it, and how much it should cost And they will do all of this outside of any one vendor’s silo. This new landscape we’re entering is what Doc Searls calls The Intention Economy—one in which demand will drive supply far more directly, efficiently, and compellingly than ever before. In this book he describes an economy driven by consumer intent, where vendors must respond to the actual intentions of customers instead of vying for the attention of many. New customer tools will provide the engine, with VRM (Vendor Relationship Management) providing the consumer counterpart to vendors’ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. For example, imagine being able to change your address once for every company you deal with, or combining services from multiple companies in real time, in your own ways—all while keeping an auditable accounting of every one of your interactions in the marketplace. These tantalizing possibilities and many others are introduced in this book. As customers become more independent and powerful, and the Intention Economy emerges, only vendors and organizations that are ready for the change will survive, and thrive. Where do you stand?
Mars has long served as a blank canvas for illustrating society's aspirations and anxieties--a science fiction setting for exploring our "future history." Covering a wide array of films from Soviet propaganda to Hollywood blockbusters, the authors examine a range of themes and concepts in motion pictures about Mars--attitudes about women, fear of government, environmental issues--and how these depictions changed over time. A complete filmography provides a concise summary of each film discussed.
