Oncogenomics often studies tumours caused by such a condition in hope of pinpointing genes -- pieces of genetic information -- that are susceptible to being changed (mutated) by external factors like ultraviolet light, toxic chemicals, and other carcinogens. The range of normal genetic alterations that a person's DNA undergoes over time is extraordinarily large, so it is hard to detect exactly what cause tumourigenesis. By analyzing the simulation results, the book demonstrates that the proposed model provides perfect mission timing and task management, while also guaranteeing secure deployment. Although mainly intended as a research work, the book’s review chapters and the new approaches developed here are also suitable for use in courses for advanced undergraduate or graduate students.

In this book,42 we aim to improve the knowledge of this common and often debilitating problem amongst clinicians of varied backgrounds. We feel it will be of particular value to physicians in neurology and rehabilitation medicine, but also to general physicians, nurses and speech and language therapists who manage patients with chronic neurological conditions. We explore possible management and treatment options including, in some detail, the use of Botulinum Toxin, which we feel should be the 1st line medical treatment in many patients. We hope that this will improve the outcome for patients and their caregivers, many of whom, at present, are suffering in silence.

This is the first investigation of one of the main interests of astronomy in Islamic civilization, namely, timekeeping by the sun and stars and the regulation of the astronomically-defined times of Muslim prayer. The study is based on over 500 medieval astronomical manuscripts first identified by the author, now preserved in libraries all over the world and originally from the entire Islamic world from the Maghrib to Central Asia and the Yemen. The materials presented provide new insights into the early development of the prayer ritual in Islam. They also call into question the popular notion that religion could not inspire serious scientific activity. Only one of the hundreds of astronomical tables discussed here was known in medieval Europe, which is one reason why the entire corpus has remained unknown until the present. A second volume, also to be published by Brill, deals with astronomical instruments for timekeeping and other computing devices.
