We have been everywhere and done everything, though we have forgotten the brilliance of just how beautiful we are. We have forgotten where we came from, but we will remember this again soon, as we always do. This book is a journey through the galaxies, stars, and dimensions on through the golden ages of Lemuria and Atlantis, journeying with the Angelics and the Galactics, on Native American lands and now onto the new golden age. We are divine, little bright lights, and we have come here from the heart of our Creator to live on Gaia, Great Mother Earth, so that our soul has the opportunity to experience spiritual and physical life, experiencing our connections to the Creator. In the new golden age, we will have the opportunity to bring heaven down to earth once more, as it was in the previous golden ages.

It radically shifts familiar colonial stereotypes of the feminized, racialized cottier according to the Irish peasantry's subversive entanglement with nonhuman materiality. Each of the chapters engages a focused case study of an everyday object in colonial Ireland (coins, flax, spinning wheels, mud, and pigs) to examine how each object's unique materiality contributed to the colonial ideology of British paternalism and afforded creative Irish expression. The main argument of Irish Materialisms is its methodology: of reading literature through the agency of materiality and nonhuman narrative in order to gain a more egalitarian and varied understanding of colonial experience. Irish Materialisms proves that new materialism holds powerful postcolonial potential. Through an intimate understanding of the materiality Irish peasants handled on a daily basis, this book presents a new portrait of Irish character that reflects greater empowerment, resistance, and expression in the oppressed Irish than has been previously recognized.

A contender for every heavyweight championship 1932-1941, California's "Glamour Boy" brought back the "million-dollar gate" not seen since the 1920s. Like other fictional characters, female sleuths may live in the past or the future. They may represent current times with some level of reality or shape their settings to suit an agenda. There are audiences for both realism and escapism in the mystery novel. It is interesting, however, to compare the fictional world of the mystery sleuth with the world in which readers live. Of course, mystery readers do not share one simplistic world. They live in urban, suburban, and rural areas, as do the female heroines in the books they read. They may choose a book because it has a familiar background or because it takes them to places they long to visit. Readers may be rich or poor; young or old; conservative or liberal. So are the heroines. What incredible choices there are today in mystery series! This three-volume encyclopedia of women characters in the mystery novel is like a gigantic menu. Like a menu, the descriptions of the items that are provided are subjective. Volume 3 of Mystery Women as currently updated adds an additional 42 sleuths to the 500 plus who were covered in the initial Volume 3. These are more recently discovered sleuths who were introduced during the period from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 1999. This more than doubles the number of sleuths introduced in the 1980s (298 of whom were covered in Volume 2) and easily exceeded the 347 series (and some outstanding individuals) described in Volume 1, which covered a 130-year period from 1860-1979. It also includes updates on those individuals covered in the first edition; changes in status, short reviews of books published since the first edition through December 31, 2008.

They danced and played with all the little animals and elementals, they swam with the dolphins, and their gifts were encouraged by the elders. All the while, their guardians and protectors, the magnificent beings of light and the Archangels were there with them. They returned again in the sad 'end times' of the age of Lemuria, when many of her people had lost their innocence. They had become caught up in greed and control, and their bright lights had become dim. The kind and loving ones still in touch with their Creator knew what would happen, but in the end, they were unable to save their beautiful Land of Mu. Some went to other realms or to other lands and this beautiful Lemuria was no more. Many people who had stayed close to their Creator went to a place called Telos at Mt Shasta, where there were underground caves with locks and magnificent shining crystals.
