Cindy-Lou Edwards not only recounts the experiences she encountered along her life's journey, but she lets you into her world and takes you along her path of rediscovery. Edwards discusses some challenges we all face in life, including finding balance, coping with the loss of a loved one, and even saying no to that fourth slice of cake. Because of her altruistic nature, she found herself advising youths and women for over fifteen years. She has written several plays and short stories but this is her first published piece. Cindy-Lou grew up in Trinidad and Tobago but now resides in Brooklyn, New York.
